1.)Dispatch Time is defined as : Time period between placement of order and hand over of package to the delivery agent. (Read the dispatch time at the checkout CAREFULLY.)

2.)Business Days do NOT include weekends. For example: Monday to Wednesday is 2 business days, but Friday to Monday is 1 business day.

3.)Shipping Policy: We are responsible for meeting the stated dispatch timeline. Delivery timelines are determined by the courier partner and are outside our control.

4.) A confirmation E-mail is sent after placing the order but Tracking ID is only made available once the package has been assigned for pickup. Kindly remember hundreds of pieces are being crafted with hands, so upon choosing pre-order, it can take upto minimum of 10 and maximum of 15 business days to dispatch.

5.)Shipping fee is Rs 99 all over India.

6.)Return Policy: Applicable if the product arrives damaged (video proof.) In case of any refunds, Razorpay gateway fee is deducted.

7.) In case you choose priority shipping (dispatch in 3-5 business days), please do not confuse it with express delivery, you will be paying priority fee to push your order at the top of the order list, and dispatch earlier within the stated time.

8.) All orders are pre-paid.

9.) Harassment, threats, abusive language, or inappropriate conduct by a buyer or enquirer will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order and restrict future transactions. Serious or unlawful conduct may be reported to the relevant platform or authorities.
